With more than two decades in the bar industry, Fuze Bartending was founded in 2009 by Cynthia Henao. Over the years, Cynthia has worked at various locations throughout the 5 boroughs and Westchester. She has committed herself to providing thorough and worthwhile training to those seeking success in the field of Bartending/Mixology. Interesting enough, the name of the school originated during a game of Scrabble.
